• The Hardly Strictly Bluegrass festival in the Park

San Francisco has never been short on music festivals in the park and this week was no different. The Hardly Strictly Blue Grass festival held in Golden Gate park over the weekend had this city stopping their Birkenstocks.  Always a diverse line up and free, by the way, this town was rockin.

  • Gee Wa Wa motorcycle boot

We are particular about our motorcycle boots. Sure you can spend a month’s rent on a good pair but who lives in that world, right?   The Gee Wa Wa Brook motorcycle boot, $159.95, is a great value and is worth your hard earned money. These all-leather boots (the lining too, so your feet don’t get hot) just may be your city staple the season.

  • Jeffrey Campbell Point : Flat-form perfection

Go ahead and call us crazy, but the truth is we’re obsessed with outside-the-box shoes. We were pretty amped when we set eyes on the Point from Jeffrey Campbell. The metal ankle cuff is A-MA-zing. We are going to step out and call this flat-form perfection. These are truly for those who are afraid of blending in.

  • Freebird boots have arrived!

FREEBIRD  hit refresh in the boot business when they conceived this indie brand. Their selection of vintage leathers, one-of-a-kind woven fabrics and hand-stitched details provoke a modern, boho spirit. Freebird boots are handmade in the heart of Mexico. The families making these know a bit about their craft since they have been making boots for generations.  These boots are being worn from the Palm Desert to Manhattan. FREEEBIRD by Steven has brought a certain freshness to boot styling that we have not seen in a long time. These investment boots will get more loved year after year.
