We want you to love your shoes so if they don’t work out you can return most purchases. US returns are FREE for ALL full price orders and MOST sale shoes. You have 30 days from the date we ship your item to make a return.
A small percent of deeply discounted SALE shoes can be returned for store credit only. These shoes are sale shoes under $99. We note "can be returned for store credit only" on the product page so it is clear when you are making your purchase. We also have a very small selection of shoes that are "final sale". These shoes can not be returned. This is noted on the product page as well. We don't like surprises when we shop on line and know that you don't either so we are very clear and upfront about our return policy.
All shoes must be returned in brand new condition, including the box. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. If you paid for expedited service, through Fed Ex, the amount paid will be deducted when your refund is processed.
Be sure to place the shoebox inside a shipping carton. Shoes must be returned inside a carton to protect the shoebox. We cannot accept shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox.
Return paper work is straight forward! To initiate a return, look up your order below, or login if you placed an order with an account, select the order and submit your request. If your order qualifies for free returns a label will be emailed to you within 48 hours of submitting the paper work. To read more about how returns work, you can see the details here.
We do not offer free returns from US Territories. Alaska or Hawaii. Returns can be made within 30 days from the date we ship your item, but you need to pay the shipping back to Ashbury Skies. Shoes should be shipped to:
