Returns from within the U.S. and U.S. Territories
We want to you to love your shoes so if they don’t work out you can return them. Returns are FREE for all orders, except if noted as a final sale. Final sale shoes can not be returned. You have 30 days from the date we ship your item to make a return. Our return period will be extented to 45 days this holiday to accomodate gift giving.All shoes must be returned in brand new condition. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned at your expense. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. If you paid for expedited service, through Fed Ex, the amount paid will be deducted when your refund is processed. Some sale shoes can be returned for store credit only.
Be sure to place the shoebox inside a shipping carton. Shoes must be returned inside a carton to protect the shoebox. We cannot accept shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox.
