While on a road trip in 2005 in India, Matt Bernson, an ex-construction worker, got inspired to make a small collection of handmade sandals. This Tribeca based designer turned this inspiration into a full blown indie shoe empire. His eye for beautiful, naturally tanned leathers put on rustic, down to earth bottoms is simply brilliant. We love his urban-elegance meets effortless-boho style.
