Discovering edgy LA-based YRU Shoes was a big find. YRU is an emerging shoe line with all the right stuff. Taking inspiration from everything from the LA music scene, to tumblr, to the streets of Los Angeles, this team of artists is about making edgy, affordable shoes. We love that they describe themselves as individual thinkers designing with an undercurrent of universal acceptance in mind. On top of being really great guys, a portion of their proceeds is donated to gifted and financially challenged youth. Very cool.
