  • Jeffrey Campbell Venice

We declare the Jeffrey Campbell Venice, street-wear perfect. It’s got just the right amount of sport and just the right amount of fashion. Try as you might, but we can think of no other way to add the season’s sporty trend to your shoe closest. Love the perforated vamp, tonal laces, cushioned insole and tongue, and hidden wedge!  If you want these buy now as they are moving out the door quickly.

  • Ashbury Skies Summer Look book

To us, San Francisco and its surrounding area is one of the loveliest places in the world. Besides its famous good looks, it is known for being a community of creative people who live free from the confines of traditional society. When Yvette and I discovered blogger and stylist Amy Soderlind, we immediately felt a connection to her through her blog “Refuses to Label”.  Her independent spirit shined through the screen and we knew we wanted to collaborate with her for our Summer look book.

One could describe Amy as California’s child.  Raised by two artists, who met in the 60’s and lived off the land in Mendocino, Amy is truly a daughter of the redwood forest. It seemed so fitting that we photographer her outside of San Francisco, not far from her hometown, in the tiny town of Nicasio California, population 96. Through the camera’s lens, Amy’s essence unfolded. Her comfort with the surroundings and her kind soul were beautifully revealed. Amy styled our shoes with her great personal collection of vintage clothing and accessories. Here are some of our favorites:

  • Feud has arrived at Ashbury Skies

Join the style-savvy Brit and European fashionistas who have already discovered Feud boots.  Ashbury Skies is the first retailer on this side of the pond to sell Feud kicks. We pretty much flipped into the stratosphere when we set eyes on the Cracker. Made of an incredible washed leather that has been perfectly woven, this boot will give you that coveted worn-in, vintage look that we all ultimately strive for in every casual pair of boots we buy. Let’s just say we are pretty proud of ourselves for discovering this indie brand.  We love the quirky, vintage feel of this indie line and are pumped to be the first to carry Feud in the US!
