Returns from the Continental U.S,

We want you to love your items so if your shoes or bags don’t work out you can return most purchases within 30 days. Continental US returns are FREE. You have 30 days from the date we ship your item to submit a request to return your shoes. Shoes must be returned within 30 days of when your RMA was approved. Shoes received after this 30 day time period are eligible for store credit only.

All socks are final sale and can not be ruturned.

All shoees and bags  must be returned in brand new condition, including the box, poly bag and original tags. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. We cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes, bags, or dresses. Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method or in the form of store credit. If you paid for expedited service, through Fed Ex, the amount paid will be deducted when your refund is processed.

Return paper work is straight forward! To initiate a return, look up your order below, or login if you placed an order with an account, select the order and submit your request. If your order qualifies for free returns a label will be emailed to you within 48 hours of submitting the paper work. To read more about how returns work, you can see the details here.

If you order a pairs of shoes and refuse the shipment for some reason, we charge a $25 retocking fee.

Returns from U.S. Territories, Alaska, Hawaii

We do not offer free returns from US Territories. Alaska or Hawaii.  Returns can be made within 30 days from the date we ship your item, but you need to pay the shipping back to Ashbury Skies. Item should be shipped to:
