Jeffrey Campbell 'Soiree', glow, black

Lovers of Jeffrey Campbell will adore this cameleon-like party shoe. In the day it is a modern, black and ivory, transparent heeled sandal.  At night, the ivory glows in the dark and turns neon green.  Then, with the flip of a little switch on the sole of the shoe, the party really starts:  the heel lights up and flickers from white, to red, to green.  Walking triggers the light show (just like light-up kids sneakers).  If you won't want  her to light up, just flip the switch to off.  It makes no difference what you wear with the Soiree glow:  it will be all about your shoes!
